I love my bank app because it allowed me to keep my credit union after I moved to DC. However, with recent updates to Android OS 7, my app no longer runs as smooth. Please update the app.

The app is great. The problem I'm having with my Galaxy S9 is I just updated my phone now the app doesn't work. This happened with another credit union app I have. They updated the app now it works.

Very clunky and unintuitive. The design of this app is unlike any app I have encountered. Poor user interface. No support for password managers; swiping down notification area to copy username/password from PW manager clears login form. Unstated character count and type restrictions in secure messenger means you may not be able to send a secure message when needed. App does not respect orientation lock. Staff interactions through the app are always truncated and unhelpful. Lot of colorful ads!!

The app was much easier to use before this major update. This new app is much harder to use, and the statements are much harder to read. The statements on the old app were much easier to understand and the layout was so much better. I can't even understand where much money is going and what is being deposited and withdrawn with the new layout. Please fix the statements!!!

New app sucks compared to the old one. It almost never leads on my phone anymore either. Very clunky and harder to get to the most used stuff. The old app was much better.
