My inbox messages take a while to load. I have to view them on the website instead of mobile app sometimes. Very inconvenient.

Everyone on your" team" is in a different time zone. The people that do respond use excessive exclamation points, which is super annoying. Looks like they're yelling at you. Payroll is non-existent. Have messed up 2 weeks of pay in a row. Response time is embarrassing on Trusteds part. Nurses work 24/7. Trusted works Monday -Friday and who knows at what time. Will definitely be going back to a recruiter. This was a terrible experience.

Messaging in the app is very slow and even if you have full coverage can boot you out multiple times when trying to do your hours

Application doesn't properly distinguish sterile processing. You have to trick it into taking you to the jobs by going through odd filters under nursing or surgical Technology
