★★★★★ Very useful and modernize app. Easy to use for all people.

★★☆☆☆ App business model doesn't make sense and using banking terms like saving account and fixed in this e-commerce payment app is very suspicious and misleading to consumer. Kyc demand more personal data like signature. There is absolutely no online chat support, the chatbot will always say the staff is busy. MPU cashin take a day to process. Service has no terms and conditions stated on their website or in app.

★★☆☆☆ Worst mobile payment app ever... After resetting my phone and reinstalling this app and trying to log in, it asks me to confirm login from my device to my device. It's literally the same damn phone. And inserted with the same damn phone number. It's a very bad and dumbest feature from the app developer. In Kpay, it just asks to confirm so easily and safely. I wish this app was disappeared from play store 👎👎
