Tru docs worked great for viewing and signing infringements, but since the latest update this is not the case now. Please fix, can't View or sign for infringements any more***UPDATE***This problem has now been rectified

Our company has used this app for nearly 5 years. We use it for our 3 HGV drivers, their units & trailers, our 90+ mobile engineers vans & 40+ company cars. We also have their driving license checking facility to check over 150 licenses for company vehicle users. App will log you out if not used for a few weeks, can be difficult to get back in as the password request doesn't always work, so it is down to me using the portal to issue a new password. Once installed, it needs setting to default 2 user

Still appears that they haven't got to the bottom of the software crashing and taking you back to the beginning when taking a photo!

Very poor app. Too basic in the way it is constructed, but that doesn't stop it from being deadly slow at loading, taking photos etc. I cannot see why it has to work online, if you could make the app quicker without it freezing and going back to home offline, then online just to send completed checks.

With the latest update, the app has been kept on crashing every time I take a picture and press ok. When I press for camera, another window opens to select either "from phone" or "take picture." This doesn't make any sense whatsoever. Rather, this option is open to cheat. Instead of actual check, this option allows you to use library pictures. What the point???? And it's so slowly on response that I need to press twice or third time to go to the next step while checking.
