Great app, well-structured and easy to work on even with minimal training on it. It's straight forward and keeps the business informed and aligned with its field staff and their continuous progression and achievement in the trade.

I really don't get why anyone adopts this terrible app. It defaults to Australia, so you have to mess around bringing it back to where you are, even though I'm in England and obviously doing work in England. It is not intuitive at all. It also thinks you're miles away from where you are. Truly earning its 1star rating. I don't think I've seen a worse rated app that companies use.... it must be cheap.

Not my choice of work app. Had a day that it took over an hour to "check in" to a visit, and always places me hundreds of meters from store. After Synced it sometimes shows last Synced hours ago filling a survey in. Asks time first customer took sample will not submit answer. After answering/filling in Core product information it crashes out of app and then wait to get back into where you left off. They should be paying people to use the app to cover overtime.

Difficult to navigate it assumes you know what to press instead of having a button for each menu task, something ticked in green has to be pressed again in order for an edit button to appear it is not obvious. Icons picture are too small to see and don't have enough info Bar code doesn't function

Worst app I've ever used for reporting. Surveys can take 20+ minutes to load, very clunky and laggy.
