I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, but constantly forces closes every time I use it. Can't make payments again, call up customer service, and they are clueless, constantly forces closes every time

I have used this app for a number of years, and it worked well (5 stars) During the last 12 months the fingerprint stopped working, and I am forced to use a password to access. All my other banking apps work OK with fingerprint. I have tried 3 times to call TSB help, but they seem unable to know what needs fixing....

When will it be possible to use the App to authorize a payment raised by another person on our mandate. And when will it be possible to authorize multiple payments at once rather than the tedious one at a time, both using the App or when accessing via a browser?

Very basic app. New check paying feature doesn't work. So much for the update! Still doesn't work despite updating as advised below. MCD04 error. Aug 23. Still won't work - just crashes now. FEB 24 - Despite many updates, it still doesn't work. App crashes after pressing confirm after taking photos of checks. Guess I'll just have to drive into town to pay in a check.
