The app now and then crashes on my cheap tablet, and it takes forever to connect and for some reason SD seems to crash more than HD instead of the opposite. 🤔 If only it consistently worked, then it would actually be a pretty decent app.

Not really great the app is not reliable. And you cannot edit it compares to other brands cctv like Hikvition or Duhau. This app doesn't let you. Do allot. So I'll be changing my cctv system to hikvition. Wich is a reliable and easy app. Thank you for the app anyway but is not for me

My cameras are useless now. This app was never very good and sometimes troublesome. It would appear not their servers are gonzo bunny. For a week now the app will not connect, allow password reset, or even create account anew. This is after reinstalling from scratch on both my phone and tablet.

I've a Samsung phone & have had no bother with Xmas, but this Ts Eye App is total rubbish. Tried several times to scan QR code & it still says error. Returning the Sans co 8 camera DVR.
