Their team is on point. Everyone lost money in 2020 because of the C word, but they navigated me to some gains. I don't know why some ratings are saying they lost money because if you follow it to a T, you've made a nice amount over the years. And no I'm not being paid to say this. I just know FUD when I read it.

This app is a good baseline but needs improvement. I rated 5 stars based on the function of it as it should theoretically pay for itself and save me lots of time in research. However, it is very bland with no features.

Working fine so far. Weekly summaries up to date. Can't wait for an account tracking feature, so I don't have to have a separate app for it.

TSP Tips is fairly useless. You will get better results if you just never download this app and just put all of your money in a late L fund or just 100% in the C Fund or better yet, a mix of the C/S/I fund. If you google "I subscribed to TSP Tips, so I could backrest it. Completely unsurprising results inside." you'll see a good analysis on Reddit for the performance of the service.

Fake Free Trial. I went in to get a 3-month free trial as it was advertised within the app and once I clicked Subscribe it now said 31 days. I canceled immediately.

Always a day late and dollar short on investing. Every time I checked and adjusted my allocations based on tsp tips recommendations, compared to the L Funds I lost money. This last 6 months I ended up negative 7% of my investments while the L FUNDS were positive 4 to5 %. To say I am not happy with this app is an understatement. I know all the stock market took a beating this year, but tsp tips only made the losses hurt worse!

This app periodically forgets my subscription and the developers absolutely never responds when I email them. It's impossible to stop the $60/year auto-renewal too (tried canceling with them two years in a roll).
