I don't understand, I made a complaint about one of the male drivers who try to sexual assaulted me and no reply or no feedback...only to see my self get a violation report for being banded from not using this app anymore... I'm so disappointed cause honestly I know I haven't do anything to violate terms... I'm using this app more than a year...at least tell me wat I violate before restrict me would love if y'all can explain to me please and thanks the reason, my last ride was wit this strange driver

Since the last time I had issues with Rideshare it has greatly improved. Drivers nearby accept rides unlike before. My only current ask is that the 'requesting a ride' in advance is also accepted in advance like it was prior. When I requested a ride a day in advance it was only accepted about a half hour before my appointment, which is cutting it close should, I have to make other arrangements for a ride. Other than that I'm quite satisfied using this service.

I changed phone and when I go to sign back in it's telling me my email already registered with you. So why can't I sign in

Couldn't use the app during my stay in TT. It doesn't send OTP code to international numbers (tried 3 different ones) and there's no way to log in with email only.

Not sure what the relevance of this app is anymore... Seems impossible to get a ride, especially outside regular daytime hours. When you do get a ride for later hours after work, the drivers constantly accept and decline. A regular driver once told me the short trips not worth the effort, they try to stay where there would be multiple rides available to book.

Unreliable. I've been left stranded with no ride several times. Some of the drivers are also disrespectful to passengers. Update: one year later and the taxis are even less reliable. One driver just accepted my ride, called and confirmed then cancelled the ride. No other drivers accepted my request even though the map showed that several were available. Will definitely be switching to another rideshare service.
