★★★★★ Recently had a technical issue which thought had to do with the app. It turned out it was because of my mobile which I had to do s factory reset. I was impressed with the quick response of Map way's technical support and follow up

★★★★★ Possibly one of the best tube maps out there, there are some very short ads but only short ones that you can easily skip It also gives you really easy simple steps to get to where you need to go if you are new to London! I would recommend checking it out a bit before you have to use it for real but even then, it is really easy to understand. I would recommend it for sure to anyone new to London!

★★☆☆☆ It used to be brilliant. Now it's flooded with ads that bring you to app installation page even though you've clicked the 'X' button. Tiresome.

★★☆☆☆ Rather than giving route options in the app, it takes you to an external website where you're asked to create an account? Basically it's only good as a shortcut to the tube map.
