This app is exactly what our community needed. I have found it straightforward to use and because our Administration keeps the information in it up to date, it is very useful.

I continue to have many problems using the app to gain access to the communal pool. Sometimes I have to uninstall then reinstall the app, other times it will work and let me in but not out, a real problem when you're the only person in the pool. I have also had problem when I had to request a temporary access code to change my password as the app would not accept the code sent to me. I think it is useless!!

Very poor. Notifications lack explanation and is aimed at pushing trader adverts, allowing managers to pretend they are offering a service. Not aimed at residents, or it's a very, very poor attempt.

Doesn't work. Waste of time. I keep getting emails from EXPAT SOLUTIONS for this app. When I click on accept it says error invitation. I try to register, and it says error invalid email. Well how can it be invalid email when the app has just emailed me ? Reported it to EXPAT SOLUTIONS who are looking in to it but in the meantime I keep getting these useless invitation emails. Terrible unprofessional service

I don't know if the problem is with the App or the management company maintaining it, but it never seems to show anything new and incidences are not attended to. I have to still contact through email. Not serving any useful purpose at present.
