Navigating and purchasing on this app was the sigle worst online experience I've ever had. The is NO help for non-Spanish speakers. There is no way to save your ticket selection. There is heavey delay in every action. Adding payment methods is stupidly complex and never works. I will never use this app again, and I hope you do not either reader.

No english version. The app not 100% actual of info. WhatsApp help line not as liable. Payment center unreliable. Tried all options. Terminal personnel just as bad. Rude.
