★★☆☆☆ Major glitches with this app right now for numerous users trying to check in but keeps logging out then screen freezes. Have uninstalled but still does the same.

★★☆☆☆ Book a holiday and view on the App brilliant however Book a boating / cruise holiday, and the app won't show you you're booking. Cannot view payments can not view a count-down cannot see your room and can not get boarding passes. All it says is oops somethings gone wrong. TUI has had lots of complaints regarding this issue and is apparently working on it. What a poor excuse. This is why I've given a one-star rating. However, I would have given the app no stars its shocking. Needs updating
