Chat not working, all permissions added. Application very slow. No usable information. The main purpose is chat with reps on place and it's not working. Same reps, also not working. Even not informed us at what time our transfer will come. Terrible service of Tui Sweden from Airport to Destination. Only one stewardess was very nice and helpful, oh yes, she was not Swedish, but Finnish, maybe Finns knows how should be the service. ;)

TUI cancels flights, leaves no option to change booking. Chat is closed, and Customer service leaves you as no. 1 in the queue for 90 minutes. Are they finally bankrupt?

Keeps mail spamming me to install the app. App doesn't work at all. Can't even log in with my booking. Good job.
