I use tune talk for buying internet, but one problem is that my internet gets slower randomly in a random day, and I think this is how tune talk scams us users for profit to encourage us to buy internet boosters. I love the app, so smooth and fast, btw I would be great if there's a high speed plan, we rather pay more for speed, than quotas. (current plan got really low ping rate, is bad for gaming)

Stupid app, automatic selected 12 months plan I accidentally pay it, and the worst is when I call center for help they say no refund, stupid company and app

Tune talk forcefully linked a payment method and does not unlink once you linked a payment method. Auto charge, but the system doesn't start your plan. Tripple charged it's also the same condition. When you ask the App Customer Service, they are rude and does not solve the problem you face. "MUHAMMAD SYBIL SYAZANI" is the name I see on system He even dead air me multiple times, no reply at all, system ended

This is a nightmare! I live overseas, and I am not able to renew or change the plan. It won't accept any payments. I just wanted to keep my number... but it seems like I am going to lose it.
