★★☆☆☆ In app, no way to change password. No way to reset lost password. No way to contact support. Unless you use Facebook, you risk losing anything you paid for if you get locked out. Website also useless.

★★☆☆☆ App kept crashing in the middle of the playback

★★☆☆☆ Can't preload content, so you need constant Wi-Fi. Prone to crashing requiring a restart of the track as there is no option to fast-forward.

★★☆☆☆ The app crashes and restarts every minute so made listening to any of the guides impossible. Paid for the guides for Cusco but was a total waste of money.
