If you've reached this app due to their Tourist eSIM online offer, forget it: the online activation does not work - seems deactivated, since even you completing the whole process, it's ended up with a weird error. You can't either activate the eSIM in a physical store, as they refuse to do it, despite the numerous emails from Turkcell stating otherwise. You will end up buying the same package on those stores for the double of the price, so save not buying online. Also, no en-US customer service.

This is a modern scam. 450₺ for 1 GB (2000 min), 600₺ for 5 GB (1000 min), and 650₺ for 15 GB (1000 min). This pricing makes no sense and pushes users into higher plans. Offer fair options! There should be a system for postpaid lines where users are billed based on their actual usage. For example, if someone uses 4 GB, 100 minutes, and 30 SMS, they should be charged accordingly based on data, call, and SMS rates. Or at least offer more reasonable packages and stop taking advantage of them. ⚖😒

Several sections of the app have an ongoing stuttering issue that has been for years since I have been using it. Uninstalled and reinstalled, the same. No other app has such an issue like this one. Contacted helpdesk, described in detail, but the problem never goes away. Helpdesk kindly suggests that they are doing their best. A problem like stuttering cannot be accepted from a reputable organization. One-star given.
