The worst app ever there . Failure on paying using your top-up amount. Their website hangs for uploading package... they make life hard to buy a package !!!

This is a modern scam. 450₺ for 1 GB (2000 min), 600₺ for 5 GB (1000 min), and 650₺ for 15 GB (1000 min). This pricing makes no sense and pushes users into higher plans. Offer fair options! There should be a system for postpaid lines where users are billed based on their actual usage. For example, if someone uses 4 GB, 100 minutes, and 30 SMS, they should be charged accordingly based on data, call, and SMS rates. Or at least offer more reasonable packages and stop taking advantage of them. ⚖😒

Turkcell is the worst and when I mean the worst like the shittiest mobile network provider in Turkey. The signal is always missing, they are expensive and they proud themselves with 5G service which is basically useless coz it never works.I'm using the lastest 2026 phone and still the signal service sucks. Make sure you checked other providers before even considering this one. As for the app, works perfectly fine :)

Several sections of the app have an ongoing stuttering issue that has been for years since I have been using it. Uninstalled and reinstalled, the same. No other app has such an issue like this one. Contacted helpdesk, described in detail, but the problem never goes away. Helpdesk kindly suggests that they are doing their best. A problem like stuttering cannot be accepted from a reputable organization. One-star given.
