Used the App several times, if your trip runs smoothly with a vehicle it's great, BUT as soon as there is an issue TURO were extremely unhelpful, don't reply to emails, and refused to refund my money back even though the car breakdown was NOT my fault and my host agreed to refund me. Speaking with my hosts, they said the same turo are very difficult. I would highly advise against using this APP the price isn't really much better than a normal rental car! Learn from my mistake. I'm deleting it!

Like every other app out there they misquote prices and mislead you right up until they're ready to take your money. You search for a car and are given an estimated total. Then, after collecting all your personal information and credit card number suddenly there's additional trip fees and other hidden costs that nearly double the quote given for total price. Skulduggery and wanton dishonesty at its finest. If the total price quoted is $250 why is the total at checkout suddenly over $400?

Booked my first trip and auto cancelled after I confirmed the payment with my bank and provided my details AGAIN.
