★★★★★ The app does work, but u need to update the headset first via computer and then pair by holding the button under the power button to enable Bluetooth, then it shows up as Stealth 700 G2 Playstation in Bluetooth and u can alter the settings then, which saves over to the PS5 (4). It was bugging me for a bit until I realized which button to pair. Lol Better with the extra bass, Bass and Treble Boost game preset.
★★★★★ Overall goal was to upgrade my gameplay and the Turtle beach 700 Max was definitely what the doctor ordered. From the comfortable fit over my ears, to the superhuman hearing, to ability to be able to listen to my own music while being connected to phone and PS5...it's unmatched! Turtle beach make me an ambassador because I can do this all day! If you're looking for the best then look no further

★★☆☆☆ App on phone and PC not functioning. I'm trying to update the firmware on my headset. I have Stealth 700 Max. I've connected to my PC with the transmitter and wired connection. I've installed all drivers, and now it's just blank with a message to connect a Turtle Beach device. The transmitter is connected and headset is on while it says this. Phone app will not do anything whatsoever. It says to update firmware and when I do that I'm met with another error message: "update available." But does not
★★☆☆☆ The app sucks. Can you fix the freaking app, so we can use all the features on the headphones? It's really terrible and very inconsiderate you guys are just allowing this app to continuously be trash. Sad Days coming for Turtle Beach. 😞
★★☆☆☆ My settings literally never save, and some just don't work at all. I want to change the second wheel to Bluetooth volume, and it simply doesn't change. Also, the tone volume setting will randomly revert to default, and is incredibly loud when wearing the headset. Really disappointing, because the Stealth 700 Gen 2 is a great headset. Turtle Beach is way too large of a company to have such a poor performing/borderline unusable app. Please fix this.
