Tutorey - For Batch & Coaching

Tutorey is a complete management app for private tutors and coaching center. Manage your students, attendance, exams, Results, fees and batches in one place — no more registers, notebooks or scattered notes.

WHO IT'S FOR
- Private tutors
- Coaching centres and academies
- Home tutors managing multiple batches
- Institutes with teaching staff

TRACK FEES AND DUES
See exactly who has paid and who hasn't, every month. Log payments in seconds, track collections against what's expected, and send payment reminders by SMS or email in one tap. Never chase a fee from memory again.

MANAGE STUDENTS
Keep every student's details, batch, fee status and history in one organised list. Search by name or phone. Approve new student requests. Share student profiles with guardians.

TAKE ATTENDANCE
Mark attendance quickly for batches or one-on-one students. Review attendance history any time.

ORGANISE BATCHES AND SCHEDULE
Create batches, set class schedules with different times for different days, and see exactly what's running today. Never double-book a slot again.

WORK WITH YOUR TEAM
Invite teachers and staff with role-based access. Control what each member can see and do.

SEE YOUR WHOLE COACHING AT A GLANCE
A single dashboard showing monthly collections, dues, students, batches, teachers and today's classes.
