It's a great app, with a great experience with great products. I have had zero problems with this app. The product however, the 9 watt bulbs I got for my b-day (yes that did happen.) are a little too bright at their dimmest. But other than that it has been a breeze and a luxury to be able to turn off & on, change the color, & dim the lights from my bed.

Pro: Excellent tool to have to assist with sweeping floors. Does an exceptional job in sweeping/mopping. Con: does a horrible job of finding its way back to the charging station.

App is very functional Both lights and sensor have worked well for over a year Only wish to reset lights due to a router malfunction you have to set all over from beginning due to the change of IP address and password Wish there was someway to switch everything over by phone once you change address and password from new router I know it's a security thing but isn't the phone secure enough

I have two Tuya cameras, one light bulb type security camera and a Smart Life security 1080 HD with pan/tilt 360⁰ view. Both operate perfectly and the picture and sound quality is excellent. I highly recommend Tuya products!

Spent my entire day trying to set it up (the strip lights and app) just so i when I am done it started to flash and turn off. In frustration I tried to fix it, but it ended up ripping and wasted 5 hours of my life :/

Unbelievably intrusive without any reason. Aaking for lots of permissions to manage my kitchen light. FO tuya! Will return the light fixture

Was good and working fine but latest update has stopped 4 of my cameras, my doorbell and 2 other devices working on my home Wi-Fi - now they work ONLY on cellular data. Nothing else has changed in my network and the fact I can use them over cellular shows it's a Tuya issue. This happened 6 months ago, same issue, was fixed in a random new release of the app. Raised a ticket 2 weeks ago and zero response. I can't recommend Tuya app or devices unless this sort of thing gets properly fixed.

The app keeps crashing every time I go to change settings on my automatic pet feeder. No crash report to help me figure out why.

Useless. It was winter I bought a heater. It wasn't easy to set up, but it finally worked. Then summer came. Heaters are usually unused during summer so was mine. It is start of autumn now, so I launched this app. My account destroyed. My devices forgotten. I swear I am never buying another "smart" appliances.
