Very useful in times when u don't have cash. Only problem most merchants don't know how to use it on the EFT machine. But out of experience Shop rite, Checkers and Pick n Pay has the best knowledge of this payment method. If they don't know I show them lol.... using the Enter Token number on the EFT machine is best because not aĺl phones are able to scan the QR code

Balance does not reflect, always needs data, expand more stores to go to, that would be great..... Not satisfied at all with the app.

Without any equivalents, the WORST product I have ever encountered. The only function that works is the merchant locator, but what's the point if NONE OF THE MERCHANTS KNOW HOW TO USE IT? Someone cursed me with a Tutu balance, and each time I've tried to use it, it confuses store employees, pisses off other waiting customers and leaves me angered. Avoid. Avoid! AVOID!!!
