Description
Affiche différents motifs de manière à régler ou vérifier rapidement la luminosité, le contraste, les couleurs ou l'overscan de votre TV. L'application ne fait aucun réglage, c'est à vous de faire les réglages sur votre TV. Ce n'est pas non plus une application pour un usage professionnel.
Cette application doit être utilisée sur des appareils Android TV ou des box TV basées sur Android. Elle ne sert à rien sur un téléphone, sauf si vous utilisez Chromecast ou un autre appareil de ce genre mais ce n'est pas l'usage recommandé. Ne convient pas non plus pour les signaux HDR
Pour une première configuration: - choisir le modèle barres noires, régler la luminosité au minimum et augmenter jusqu'à distinguer les différences de noirs. - choisir le modèle barres blanches, régler le contraste au maximum et baisser jusqu'à distinguer les nuances de blanc.
Selon la qualité de l'écran, il est possible que certaines nuances ne soient pas visibles.
L'application permet aussi de tester une installation home-cinéma. Vous pouvez vérifier l'assignation des haut-parleurs ainsi que la phase du câblage. Seulement pour les installation 5.1. L'appareil doit être compatible Dolby Digital AC3. L'application dispose aussi d'un simple générateur de signal sinusoïdal.

This app has all the visuals and the still frames to manually color and or calibrate a monitor or TV o potentially to calibrate, center & color correct with certainty counter to cautions.

App Worked on my sony android tv, apart from checking color contrast brightness settings the white screen helps you look for insect dirt and clean it off, I use a small amount of 50/50 mix of isopropyl alcohol and distilled water on a microfiber cloth to clean LED tv, then a second dry cloth to remove dirt, then switch on tv and see if it's clean. Great app thanks

That's not what I was looking for. Wanted to use the phone as a color meter and to be able to use the camera to examine a color and have my phone tell me how to adjust the color tuner. Best that I can tell it just displays the color on the phone screen, and you match it to what the TV displays. Help was limited, reading my android system information and not my TV I was working with.

Audio casts fine from every other app on my device, but I can get no audio from this one. Making the audio tests useless. All the video mirrors in windowed format and wrong aspect for TVs. Again making the app just about useless.
