Easy to use easy to earn I love this app. I even downloaded for on my mother in laws phone. You answer a quick minute long survey every few days about the shows you watched and how you streamed the shows (i.e. hulu, Netflix, dvr, etc.). I've earned $50 in gift cards in 3 months. A must have app.

It won't let me check my points and redeem them. Every time I go to log in and redeem my points on the website it takes me to perks plus and I try to log in and it says its not successful even though I typed the right username and password

I have had this app for almost a year and it has shorted me on my points and will not let me redeem any of them i g ave emailed them multiple times and called them and have gotten no help

When I had a tv and cable, it worked well enough. Since I switched to streaming, it is terrible. It only recognizes a few shows, it recognizes a show one day but the next it does not recognize another episode. It runs the non-tv part everyday but I don't get credit for it. It asks me surveys on shows I watch when the app is not giving me credit for watching. The app has really gone downhill lately.

I used to praise MI Insider everywhere but it fall of when i received email that my account is suspended due to invalid activity (really, what invalid activity)..It also feel sad to give low star to newly start-up...yes but what I had voilated, thats what i want to know..
