tvusage is a parental control app designed for parents and guardians to monitor and manage their child's screen time on Google/Android TV, Android phones, and Android tablets.
When installed on your child's device, tvusage tracks app usage and enforces screen time rules you set. A persistent notification is displayed on the device at all times while monitoring is active, so the device user always knows tvusage is running.

Accessibility Service
This app uses an optional Accessibility Service to detect the currently active application on the device. This is used to enforce app blocking and screen time restrictions in real time. The accessibility service does not read, collect, or transmit the content displayed within apps. It is used solely for foreground app detection. The app remains functional without this service enabled, though real-time app blocking may be limited on some devices.
Monitoring Disclosure
tvusage is a child monitoring application. It is intended exclusively for parents and legal guardians to manage their minor children's screen time. The app monitors app usage, enforces restrictions, and displays a persistent notification on the monitored device at all times. tvusage must not be used to monitor any adult's device.

The only working Parental control and usage tracking app for Android Smart TVs. Premium features are worth it for the price. Good service with quick response time by the developers. Helped me control access to apps and overall TV usage for kids. To ensure it works well, disable the Energy Optimization setting for this app, so it can run in the background always.

An awesome app to control your child’s screen time on android tv. Well-thought-out. Can control each app individually. Don’t think there is an app close to TVUSAGE. My only reason to score them 4 star out of 5 is not for anything wrong with the app but for not having an iOS companion app to control TVUSAGE via iOS ecosystem. Nevertheless, TVUSAGE is a great app !

Only four digits pin is not ok.....there should be various types of pins.... means with four digits.... there should be option of 12 digit pin, and also it should be alphanumeric password also just for remedy of addiction removal...

I have paid for this app, but it doesn't do what it says. Also the android app says can't install in my pixel 7 which is not acceptable.

Would love to use, but I cannot make a purchase. It worked before, but I canceled out, now I only see a blank black screen instead the purchase option... At least it logs app screen times.
