Twos: Real 1:1 Conversations

Twos is the Conversation App. One good conversation can make your day better.

Designed with Prof. Sonja Lyubomirsky, Twos' Chief Scientist and one of the most cited happiness researchers, Twos makes it easy to meet new people, make friends, and have thoughtful one-on-one video conversations about things that matter to you.

No feeds, followers, or likes. Not dating. Just real conversations with real people, thoughtfully matched around shared interests and values.

HOW TWOS WORKS
• Discover thoughtful matches based on shared interests, personality, values, and conversation preferences.
• Send a Wave to say hi in a simple, low-pressure way.
• Have a private one-on-one video conversation for 5-15 minutes, with the option to keep talking when you are both enjoying it.
• Reconnect with people you have spoken with before, so a great first conversation does not have to be the last.

MAKE FRIENDS THROUGH REAL CONVERSATIONS
Twos is built for people who want to meet new people, make friends, and have deeper conversations without the pressure of traditional social media.

Talk to people who share your interests, have meaningful video conversations, and build real connections one conversation at a time.

Whether you want to expand your social circle, meet new friends, or simply talk to someone new, Twos makes human connection easier.

DESIGNED FOR BETTER CONVERSATIONS
• Thoughtfully matched 1-on-1 video conversations
• Verified users and built-in safety controls
• No self-view, helping you focus on the conversation
• Conversation starters when you need inspiration
• Real-time translation across approximately 30 languages
• Circles built around shared topics and interests
• Meet & Greets and hosted group events
• Reconnect with people you would like to speak with again
• No feeds, followers, likes, or social performance

Twos combines video conversations, thoughtful matching, and community features to create a more meaningful way to meet people and make friends.

THE SCIENCE BEHIND TWOS
Twos was designed with Prof. Sonja Lyubomirsky, Professor of Psychology at UC Riverside and Twos' Chief Scientist.

In a paired pre/post study of 557 Twos users conducted with Prof. Lyubomirsky, 76% showed a measured mood improvement after a single fifteen-minute conversation. The study is being prepared for peer review.

Across 2,192 post-call ratings, 90% of users reported feeling better after their conversation.
The experience is designed around a simple idea: meaningful conversation can strengthen social connection and make everyday interactions feel more rewarding.

SAFE, VERIFIED, AND BUILT FOR REAL PEOPLE
• All users are verified and must be 18+
• Real-time AI moderation monitors video and audio during calls
• Calls are never recorded, replayed, or stored
• A call only starts after a mutual Wave, when both people choose to connect
• Inappropriate behavior results in immediate removal and bans
• Users can report or block others at any time
• Community guidelines are strictly enforced

Twos is about everyday human connection. It is not a therapy or mental health treatment service.

TAKE 15 MINUTES AND TALK TO SOMEONE
