Works really well, as intented. It's missing some of the key feature that you have from directly login in their website, but it does enough tbh. Faster that login in each tim at least 👌 Thanks for the app

Terrible experience. The companion app is buggy and slow; data is inconsistent between views (my shift start time depends on if I'm at the dashboard, or schedule, messages).today I showed up 4 hours early to my shift because TWS gave me the wrong start time. App is not properly localized; time until next shift is incorrect for my timezone. TWS FREQUENTLY breaks the production code base and users are left to deal with the failures on their own. TWS, please fix this pile of garbage.

Was great until Nov 23, 2022....installed the update now I can only get into the chat portion, it will not allow opening my schedule anymore, it just spins and spins abd won't load☹️

Very slow and lagging, can't defeat messages easy takes some time, can't request days off if you work night shifts from after 9 PM won't recognize the time Over all it's needs lots of work, not recommended, but my work place use it, unfortunately.
