Experience the great beauty on texas state parks at a fraction of the price. There is no opportunity better than what is offered.

★★★★☆ G Strathman · Sep 14, 2024

Love it except for the map view. It doesn't work, and that is an issue. If you know what park you are going to it is easy to find and reserve. If you don't know what park, and you need to search the target area you have to do so on Maps then come back to this app to research and reserve.

★★★★☆ Jennifer Baldy · Nov 17, 2025

I've been using this app for two winters worth of travel through Texas. It has great information and directs you to the reservation site and helps you plan your trip. I've had trouble opening some of the links to .pdf maps both ones downloaded, and it doesn't want to download other documents like the bird lists, but I get those at the parks. ❤️ Texas State Parks!

★★★★★ Ken Olexa · Apr 21, 2023

Great app, one suggestion would be to be able to highlight the pins or be able to change the color of the pin on the park visited from red to ?green? Otherwise, nice app and let's go another 💯 years!!!

★★★★★ Clifford Wilder · Apr 27, 2024

The app is very useful in finding and booking the most amazing spots in Texas State Parks. Thank you, Monica, for helping US at the Guadalupe River State Park!!

★☆☆☆☆ D Parker · Apr 27, 2024

Useless app that doesn't even list all the TX state parks....and it's almost impossible to use to book a reservation.

★★☆☆☆ Mike Hernandez · Mar 9, 2025

App isn't bad for quick reference info for each park but - map view does not work. The map itself never loads - any actual functions, like trail maps or make reservations, must be done on the website. It's a bit of a waste to have an app that essentially does nothing but give you a park list.

★★☆☆☆ Mr. Me · Mar 16, 2024

Well, just using this app for a few minutes, I've found some things out. 1) No login, so it doesn't keep any membership info (park visit history, reservations, etc.). 2) We still have to go to the website to reserve sites. So, I don't need an app when I have the actual website as a favorite. Lol. Maybe if it was an all-in-one app.
