Love it except for the map view. It doesn't work, and that is an issue. If you know what park you are going to it is easy to find and reserve. If you don't know what park, and you need to search the target area you have to do so on Maps then come back to this app to research and reserve.

I've been using this app for two winters worth of travel through Texas. It has great information and directs you to the reservation site and helps you plan your trip. I've had trouble opening some of the links to .pdf maps both ones downloaded, and it doesn't want to download other documents like the bird lists, but I get those at the parks. ❤️ Texas State Parks!

Useless app that doesn't even list all the TX state parks....and it's almost impossible to use to book a reservation.

App isn't bad for quick reference info for each park but - map view does not work. The map itself never loads - any actual functions, like trail maps or make reservations, must be done on the website. It's a bit of a waste to have an app that essentially does nothing but give you a park list.

Well, just using this app for a few minutes, I've found some things out. 1) No login, so it doesn't keep any membership info (park visit history, reservations, etc.). 2) We still have to go to the website to reserve sites. So, I don't need an app when I have the actual website as a favorite. Lol. Maybe if it was an all-in-one app.
