typing… Letter Video Maker

Some letters can't be typed in one go. typing… records how a letter was written – the words you deleted, the conversion you changed your mind about, the ten seconds you stopped – and turns it into a video you can send with LINE or any app.

WHAT THE OTHER PERSON SEES
A sealed envelope on a night desk opens, the letter slides out, and your words appear exactly as you typed them: at your pace, with your hesitations. Deleted words fade with a line through them. At the end comes the whole letter, then a small card: how long you wrote, how many characters you took back, your longest silence.

WRITE AS YOU ALWAYS DO
• Type with your usual keyboard – nothing to learn
• Every conversion, correction and pause is kept, from the first key to the last
• Choose how much to show: everything, or blur the deleted words so only you know what they said
• Long silences are shortened so the video stays watchable

MAKE IT LOOK LIKE A LETTER
• 3D "night desk" scene with a cinematic opening
• 7 letter papers and 6 envelopes, from plain to washi with a mizuhiki knot (2 papers and 1 envelope are free, the rest come with Premium)
• The typeface follows your writing: Japanese, Latin, Cyrillic, Greek, Korean, Chinese, Thai, Hindi, Arabic and Hebrew each get a handwriting-style font
• Exports as MP4 in 4:5 or 9:16, ready for chat or stories

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your letters never leave your phone. There is no account and nothing to upload: the video is made on the device, and you decide who receives it. The app only counts anonymous usage, such as how many videos are made, to improve itself.

GOOD FOR
• A confession you rewrote five times
• An apology, a thank-you, a goodbye
• Birthdays, anniversaries, long distance
• Anything where how you said it matters as much as what you said

Writing and sending a letter is free. Premium (monthly or yearly subscription) removes the watermark and unlocks all papers and envelopes.
Available in 33 languages.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Payment is charged to your Google Account through Google Play. Manage or cancel anytime in your Google Play subscriptions or from the app's settings; Premium stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
