Terrible internet and reception. Everything is in Korean without an option to chafe language. If there is its in Korean and I dk r understand it anyway

I need to uninstall everything related to U+. I got an LG V30 ThinQ, all the U+ apps were preinstalled and impossible to remove without risking my phone. For some reason I can't access LG smart world store from my country and absolutely everything in the app is in Korean, so I can't understand a single word of it. Korea's time is always in my lock screen; with all due respect, I don't care about Korea's current hour.
