It doesn't recognize my face at all and I can't sign in, what should I do. Also they don't have any support team to help if the customer faces any difficulties in signing in.

Edited: The app is not opening recently. I uninstalled and re-installed the app and when I am doing Facial verification, It's is always giving verification failed.
