The app worked perfectly till today. It started to ask for reverification the device which was verified previously. I followed the instructions and passed the verification by re input the required details along with facial ID to confirm. Later, the app no longer worked, which forced me to delete it & re-install it again. After fresh install, I found signing in using fingerprint was removed (the irony is UAE pass logo is a fingerprint). I don't want to use Face-ID or entering my pin in public.

Hello, I am trying to open my Mbank account, but I am facing an issue with the UAE PASS document sharing. Whenever I try to share/fetch documents through the UAE PASS, I receive a fetching error and the process does not continue. I have already tried: Restarting my phone Updating both apps Clearing cache/data Reinstalling the apps Using different internet connections Turning VPN off Logging out and logging in again But the issue is still happening for a long time. Please help me resolve this

It fails to send an OTP message to my phone. There should be an alternative way like using the email address instead of the OTP.
