I am trying to send bitcoin to a bitcoin address an it's telling me that it could not unlock my bitcoin wallet. It's telling me to attempt to restore password using recovery phrase. Totally outdated and useless at this point. I have two transactions that have been stuck for weeks and I don't expect to see my money back at this point. Fees are set too low and there is zero customer support it seems. Contacted shapeshift about the transactions and they gave me some options to try and none worked. Do not use this wallet. Go directly to the shapeshift website and save yourself some headaches.
