Certainly won't work in Edinburgh Booked a cab from Edinburgh airport using this app. Got a confirmation back. Arrived at airport. Contacted the cab company who seemed to be totally clueless about the app. One app to avoid methinks

Really wanted to like this app... 1) Great idea. Pretty much the 'black cab' version of Hailo. 2) The app is horrendously made. You should fire the developer. I don't need the 'destination address' to change every time I click on the map. I cannot update the primary passenger's name/number. 3) How can you show status CONFIRMED and then change status to CANCELLED without any sort of notification? This left me stranded and only realised afterwards that the booking had been cancelled by the cab company. 4) Credit card payments don't work. Never have. 5) If you leave the app in the background (in case you need a number etc), when you come back the screen is on a different area and you have to re-enter everything. The concept is good, but this was clearly developed on a tight budget. Get all the issues sorted out and you may have a great app on your hands. However, the fact that 30% of my bookings have been troublesome, this app deserves no more than 1 star.

25 minutes late The app itself works fine. But the taxi was 25 minutes late and tried to charge me more than the agreed maximum stated in the app. I'll just call a taxi firm I know to be reputable in future instead of whatever random company the app picks.
