★★☆☆☆ Why does this app not show my purchased DLC content? When I click on game there should be a tab that is clearly titled "DLC" so I can see what games I have purchased the DLC for. Instead, it just says rewards and that tab does not have expansions listed for any game. Then, when I go to the Ubisoft store on my browser to see it says of I purchased gold edition of game, which I know I did, it won't even stop me. Seems like unethical business practices to scam me to buy something I already own.

★★☆☆☆ Cannot access account or reset password - system doesn't send emails. Support staff all laid off. No one response, can't access purchases.

★★☆☆☆ Need help with changing email over to an email that is active as the email that is tied to my account from when the app was called UPLAY is no longer active but with 3 attempts to rectify the issue Ubisoft refuses to help even though the app says just contact help. Ubisoft needs to restructure the app or just get rid of it all together. If somehow they can rectify the problem I'm having I will change the rating but till then beware they are no help when you need them.
