Ubunye: Spiritual Healing

Ubunye is a meditation app for spiritual healing, emotional healing and spiritual awakening. Ubunye is a Zulu word meaning oneness.
The Ubunye Method moves energy from your outer state of awareness to your inner state of awareness. Through that connection you begin to pick up your own feelings, emotions and thoughts, instead of carrying them unnamed.

As you work through the sessions you open up to your spiritual self, your connection to soul and your connection to source. There is a real spiritual awakening within this method, and it comes through practice rather than belief.

The further you go, the more you unravel old belief systems that no longer serve you, and let go of old emotions that no longer serve you. In that letting go, you open up to connecting more deeply with yourself.

WHAT YOU GET

• Guided sessions for fear, stress, tension, self doubt and emotional release
• Oneness meditation, where the ego's sense of separation is allowed to relax
• Affirmation and inner dialogue, the technique that changes the energy behind a feeling
• Energy healing practices that move you from resistance toward flow
• Work with the belief systems underneath a feeling, not only the feeling itself
• No prescribed posture. Sit, stand or lie down, whatever lets you rest and stay aware
• Short practices for a busy day, longer journeys when you have the time

WHAT IS INSIDE

You never have to wonder where to start. This is a course, not a library, so there is no wall of choices when you already feel overwhelmed. Begin at session one, and the next is always waiting.

Insight sessions explain what is happening and why. Guided meditations take you through the practice. Daily meditations sit alongside the course, for the days you only have a few minutes. 90+ sessions in all.

Inside a meditation you settle, bring your attention inward to what is there, then repeat an affirmation silently in your inner voice to change the energy behind it. "I am more than my emotions."

If an affirmation feels false, that is an older belief pushing back. You have found something worth working on.

Every session you complete earns points on a progress map, with rewards and milestones as you go.

The first four sessions are free.

SPIRITUAL HEALING

Spiritual healing here is not something done to you. It is what opens as you turn your awareness inward, session by session, toward your spiritual self and your connection to source.

EMOTIONAL HEALING

Emotional healing begins with being able to name the feeling that is there. Fear, stress, tension and self doubt each carry their own energy. The sessions meet them one at a time, and in the letting go you make room to connect more deeply with yourself.

ENERGY HEALING

To shift your mind, you must shift your energy. To shift your energy is to change your thoughts. Energy healing in the Method means moving your awareness inward and turning a heavy state of being into a lighter one, deliberately, until it holds on its own.

SPIRITUAL AWAKENING

There is a real spiritual awakening within this method. As the sessions unravel the old belief systems that no longer serve you, your connection to your higher self and to source becomes something you feel rather than something you read about.

More than 10,000 people have started a practice with the Ubunye Method.
