The coupons are difficult to use - every merchant I've tried to use them at hasn't been familiar with them. The roadside assistance is useless. First they send you to a website to start a ticket and I spent about 30 minutes on it while I waited for it to "find" help, so I called the number again and an agent said someone would be there in 40 minutes but 2 hours and a follow-up phone call later, no one has shown up.
