I love this so much better than getting a bill at the mouth that says 500 and 68 dollars. Say you have 2 dollars and 5 Tony go put another 40 bucks on the electric bill prepaid is a lot better than getting an electric bill in the mail every month.

I update the app every time it's due for update but on the alerts notifications that's supposed to be sent to my phone doesn't happen. I have selected the alerts I want but for some crazy reason it will not let me select the energy daily usage to be sent to my phone. I don't always check my email so that's why I wanted to have the alerts to be sent to my phone. This needs to be fixed asap 😡

Doesn't recognize some cards, only saves one card, it's a total pain. No locations central to Cookeville, Algood, Hickman.
