It actually has the capability to transfer to gcash and other e-wallet, you just have to use the bank transfer option. I think it's good to separate the UI for loading e-wallet for user or customer convenience, the same with other bank app. My prev comment: No gcash, no paymaya, no Credit card payment for most of the banks, no bank transfer for most of the bank? I only installed it an hour ago so I don't have many problems yet only one. The app crashes whenever I press "View History". I noticed in some reviews as well that they're having this problem. Please fix it sooner thank you Edit: view history is fixed but now I can't go online. My last online was days ago, and yesterday it keeps saying wrong username or password. Edit 2: I've contacted and renewed my password. Everything is good now, and I haven't had problems since. Thanks ucpb!

I can't log in and always pop-up running out of time even if it's not. I don't know ehat happen to ucpb. This app is not the same as before. I hope they will fix all the error in logging-in and I also hope that this app will be a friendly user as other banking app.

Been trying to log in to this app since Feb 24 2023, but error keeps popping up. You should give advice to your customers if you will terminate the account since you will be merging with Sandbank And please, have your Account Managers be more responsive and responsible with their respective customers. Poor service!

Logging in is a hassle. The app mostly fails to send you an OTP onetime despite having good internet connection. So it always expires, and you'd have to repeat the process. Also, you get locked out of your own account from time to time. The process of unblocking it is inconvenient too. They tell you to call the customer support hotline only to end being told they can't do anything. You'd have to personally request your bank branch and fill up a form to u block your account. Which takes time
