Update: the new app is so much better now. Previously I'd written that may switch back to Bank of America -- I wanted to participate in my credit union, but there aren't enough convenient branches or ATMs, and the mobile app either doesn't allow me to log in at all, or when it did let me log on once or twice, the mobile deposit didn't work with my camera, so it was not usable at all. The BofA mobile app worked flawlessly, I’m not sure why this one can't be as reliable?

a) UCU is an amazing bank and b) this app has never once failed me. It makes all my routine banking needs very easy AND it's crazy easy to send a message to ask for help as well - Kim usually reads those messages, and she's great.

Edit it used to be a really good app. It works well when it does work, but that's when it actually loads and is usable otherwise it just sits forever on the loading screen and never opens up

Slow as death. Since they overhauled the app, it often takes over 20 minutes to load. It's practically unusable, which isn't okay. I need to be able to check balances and move money with ease.

Can't even use the app because I can't enroll for it. When I enter my details it gives an error. Terrible update
