a) UCU is an amazing bank and b) this app has never once failed me. It makes all my routine banking needs very easy AND it's crazy easy to send a message to ask for help as well - Kim usually reads those messages, and she's great.

One of the best modern banking apps, period. Simple, clean, easy to use and secure. Has all the features of the "big banks" but a personal level of service you'd expect from your local credit union. Mobile check deposit is a huge time saver!

Can't even use the app because I can't enroll for it. When I enter my details it gives an error. Terrible update

It's good for checking balances. Had issues with setting autopay, making mobile deposits, and then they frequently lock me out of making payments which seems counterproductive to getting payments imo

Inconsistent, rarely opens the first try. I usually have to close out and try several times. Once it's open it's hit or miss still. This morning it took 5 attempts to open and the details of each account still won't load. When it opens it's fine.

The ABSOLUTE WORST app I have ever used. USELESS! Can't deposit money to pay loan. Can't transfer from my checking account at another bank. I have never had such a hard time trying to GIVE someone money!

Won't update on my phone for being too old, so now I just... Can't bank. I'm just completely screwed if I don't pay a few hundred for a new phone. I'd love to know if I have the money for that, but now I CAN'T CHECK, CAN I?
