Highly suggested not to buy subscription as it's not working, and they don't bother to resolve the ticket. Provided all details including payment receipt but still no help. Tried to support thinking local newspaper, but turned out fraud. Update, 02/08/2021: Support team helped on the issue and restored everything as expected. Quite fast response. ★★☆☆☆ After 2 days of my Complaint about not getting Mani pal Edition of e-Udayavani, they informed me that the subscription ended last month, means, They declined the renewal of subscription. But when I sent them the extract from Canara Bank e-pass book, I am informed that instead of Mani pal Edition Subscription was made to Bangalore Edition. Finally, they resolved the issue. The Team is very Good and responded for all the Queries. But the communication system is to be improved like the App.
