Offline Mode • Offline mode allows a director to restrict access to Ultimate Drill Book if selected users are connected to the internet. If not activated, all users will be able to access Ultimate Drill Book even if connected to a WiFi or cellular connection.

Well, I love this app because when you're learning a new marching show you need to know where your dots are. However, it's been acting up lately. It wouldn't let me sign in or even open the app. It might be because it's an Android phone or something like that, but you should make it work on all phones because a lot of people depend on this app and many can't even use it.
