Yah app flight ticket Booking par Beirut Jada charges secure/full refund/insurance add karke fair vasoolta hai aur cancelled ticket ka refund amount me bhi sabse Jada charges katkar kam amount ko return karta hai. Is app ki sevaye Beirut karab hai.

Worst service, no proper customer support. My airline cancellation refund again deducted by udchalo .at starting they didn't mention their udchalo cancellation charges but at last they did this .275 per person cancellation charges and refused to refund when I asked.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE with this platform for book a flight from Guwahati to Kolkata in alliance air. The airline depart their flight before 8.25hrs, I canceled the ticket with full refund but platform did not credit the amount after 6 days till now. Do not use this application and airline also.

I will never advise to file ITR with Udchalo. They promised that they are authorized ERI and ITR will reflect "ITR filed by ERI" whereas they took all passwords/ OTPs and finally on the last day of filing ITR cheated on me. At that time I had no option but to go with the. Felt blackmailed. Will never recommend. They are not professionals (Have a look at their website - only clothes and selling grocery is pending.)

Very disappointing experience with UdChalo. I faced a serious issue with my flight seat assignment. Despite the seat details showing confirmation at the time of booking, the airline later stated that the seat confirmation was not properly reflected in their system. I contacted UdChalo multiple times, but the issue was not properly resolved. What is more disappointing is that after spending significant time following up with UdChalo and the airline, I did not receive a satisfactory resolution
