What an absolute waste of time didn't even give me the option to do this, so I phoned argos customer service and thay said I didn't need this and just go to store and collect my order

Got an email to say I had to book an appointment to collect my items. Downloaded this app, as advised because nothing came up when I wanted to do it via the website, only to be told that there are NO locations in my City! Funny, I ordered from an Argos Store round the corner from my house so why doesn't it come up?!! What is the point in this if I can't book to collect as it doesn't recognize my location!!!!

Why should I give my information to a third party to collect from Argos. Don't download this app or shop at Argos. Argos don't even tell you to download this app until after you have paid. Terrible customer service.
