Customer support is excellent. The cars are clean and charged. They included type 2 and socket chargers, what is excellent. The all star charging card works just fine in most chargers but understand udo drive can't do much there. I would improve: 1. This app 2. Get cars app (like Tesla app) during the rental 3. General info. In an id.3 I couldn't release the type to cable. The solution was to press the open button in the ufo drive app (car was open) to release the charger. Not informed in the app

Was given this as a remedy to access my tesla rental through hertz, sadly USA is not part of the club; still hoping to figure this out!

Disappointing. Limited cities, and some of the ones painted on the walls at their pods are not in fact covered, and you can't see what cities are actually covered without trying to start a reservation. Was a waste of time for me. Developer responded and missed the point. My main complaint is not that my city isn't covered. My main complaint is that there's a bad experience finding out if any city is covered or not.

I was impressed by UFO Drive's model first, but the app registration was such a barrier, the registration requires taking photo of ID and license, but the camera does not capture what is in the frame on the screen. Support function on the app would just go in to a lag and didn't come out. Can't give any more 2 stars. Gets 2 because the actual booking process was seamless (up to confirming the booking - which I didn't complete).

Correctly named UFO drive since the app crashes, showing a blank screen and functionalities disappearing like a UFO. Hopefully the rental experience is not as bad as the app.
