★★★★★ Love using Ugo for keeping track of my cards without the bulk of actually having to carry my cards it's easy to acess and use it helped me out a ton especially during the pandemic years now that many places are cashless I rely on the app daily basis to help me with my purchases and having rewards cards all in one place so im not scouring my device trying to locate needed cards. Sorry to see that receipt feature is going, but I hope this app is available for many years to come.

★★☆☆☆ Do not buy gift cards on UGO. I repeat, do not buy gift cards on UGO! Their app is janky, doesn't work on certain phones, riddled with spelling errors. Don't trust them.

★★☆☆☆ I got this app because of the Virgin promo, but I can't even buy a gift card to use the promo... Which is supposed to be a BASIC feature of this app. I called them, and they said that a specialist will get back to me within a week and that it's not my banks fault. The promo expires within a week. Why is this even a thing?

★★☆☆☆ Can't buy gift cards on their app. The app keeps saying that it is a declining the purchase even though the credit card information provided is correct. I called the customer support, and I was told it would take over a week before someone can call me back. I don't recommend this application ton anyone.
