Absolutely shocking! Terrible customer care. Can't log in and emailed them ten times and nobody is bothered to sort it out. I need my money refunded as I have not had any use of the service. Terrible!

Flakey. Whether live or watching on catch up, drops out and the whole app needs a restart (you need to remember the time stamp of where you were watching in catch-up; you simply have to miss some play if watching live). Not good enough for a subscription service.

Downloaded to cast videos to a smart tv, but the cast feature doesn't work. Also has a nasty habit of crashing the entire phone forcing a hard reset. Shame as I would be very interested in watching some of the live streams but only if I can cast to a proper sized display
