UPDATE: Developers got in touch and very quickly identified the issue. Once identified, the issue was equally quickly resolved. Fantastic support. Straight from one star to 5 star and the support and communication were first class. Thanks. Now works perfect on Android 9.0 Old review (no longer relevant): Was great, I then upgraded my phone to Android 9.0 on Pixel 2 XL and now get the message "We are currently unable to connect to the server. Please try again later. If the problem persists please contact us. Apologies for any inconvenience." I've tried contacting Action Challenge via email, Twitter, and by calling on phone. The phone gets answered then immediately goes dead, Twitter hasn't been answered, Email hasn't been answered.

Jurassic challenge will not load. Keeps saying not recognized No response from developer to issue so dropped to 1 star

Awful app, no clarity on how to navigate, what look like links are not. Extremely frustrating and even with email instructions received impossible to use.

I don't currently see the point of the app. It just has a map, with locations of challenges. And an explored and need to know tab that is basically a list of links back to the website. Do we need it?

The app is very limited and quite disorganized. It tries to pull everything together in a single place, but it is a bit boring. There is no personalized information.
