★★★★★ Makes traversing the motorways easier. If travelling alone in UK vehicle it just makes life easier to not have to pop in and out the car at the toll booths. It's bearable with a passenger, but ultimately the convenience definitely is worth the paltry monthly charge. Been driving in France for years and this definitely makes travelling easier. Toll roads or parking it's just great to show up and leave and be invoiced at the end of the month. Monthly fee is active only when you use the card.

★★★★★ Problem with the app. When trying to view synthesis of my consumption I always get the same 'our services are temporarily unavailable, we are working on resolving the problem' You are quick to charge for consumption, it's a pity you're not so quick fixing the app so that usage can be verified.

★★★★★ The App fails to install on my Pixel 4a since it has been upgraded to Android 12. Prior to this upgrade the App has been working fine, and I would rate it with five stars. ----- Update: With the upcoming release, see developer reply below, the app should become operational again this week. For this reason I have re-attributed the 5-star rating. --- Update: App is perfectly operational now on Android 12. Thanks for the update!

★★★★★ App seems OK, but would benefit using multi languages. English would be a great improvement especially as the signup is written in English, but the app uses French.

★★☆☆☆ First thing tried does not work... Create trajet feature - departure point gets wiped out when exiting screen, unless selected from list. No way to update the list. Arrival point can be entered. So contrary to a response from VINCI to another user IT HAS NOT BEEN FIXED.

★★☆☆☆ If you are in the UK do not use this company It's over a month since I initially set up my account, they failed to set up a direct debit using my IBAN account in the UK when they couldn't take the initial one euro deposit ti verify my account they suspended it, I called them and eventually spoke to an advisor who spoke in English who advised me to send my IBAN account number to them again which I did via the app, I emailed them to request they attempted the deposit again and have had no respons

★★☆☆☆ Poor customer service. Despite offering their service to the UK customers their customer service does not have an english language option. Despite having never used the scent token my current bill is €30 due to the original Direct Debit of €1 which has not gone through. Now they have terminated the contract and have sent my details to debt recovering services despite me having sent some email to ask for clarification. To all my emails I have received the same copy and paste answer in French.

★★☆☆☆ Uselys! New version crashes at login. Opens with map rather than accounts with no obvious link to login, "plan" ? If you want account info use windows web version.
