I'm 100% sure I clicked the 12-month plan option when making my subscription for $49.99. The app subscribed me to the lifetime for $149.99, three times what I intended to spend! The Change Plan bottom on the app does nothing. Update: although I appear as subscribed to the Lifetime plan, I was charged correctly for the Annual plan. We are good! Thanks!

Very cool app with great potential but unpolished, unfortunately. Small but critical bugs like not being able to click things on a smaller smartphone (s24), AI feature is awesome, but could add buttons for common questions like what are the radicals of a kanji. The listening feature is cool, but it doesn't make sense that I hear a sentence and I need to guess which word to translate, that could be fixed by adding hidden romaji of the word that I'm questioned about.

I really wanted this to be good since I've been stuck in the upper intermediate and lower advanced for forever. Unfortunately it seems the app doesn't always test the vocab in sentence reconstruction, some of the clips don't match the vocab at all (especially because one word was simply a person's name), or the clip says it so quietly you cant hear it. AI also regrettably checks your "speaking" so there's no way of knowing if you actually did it right (and I know I couldn't possibly get 100%).

This app is so glitchy. The audio randomly cuts out in the middle of a lesson & the only way to fix it is to close the app & re-open it. Especially annoying during the "Blitz", when suddenly you can no longer hear what the word is & all you can do is guess. There are also times you'll finish a lesson & it simply refuses to give you the fish. Even if you do it multiple times. It's as though you never completed the lesson. The speaking part also doesn't do that great at hearing what you're sayin

You used to be able to have one free lesson a day now it's no longer possible I was wondering maybe it would be possible to still keep the free stuff? Like watch "x" amount of ads that you believe is profitable enough for you guys, and you get to unlock the next lesson

Just randomly put my streak back to zero. I've been doing this with my mother to push her to study English (she uses another app) and it worked so well. We got up to a streak of 195. I missed a day here and there (overall quite many) and my streak was frozen for a day and then kept going. I never missed two days. I missed one last Saturday and my streak was suddenly gone. Seems random / faulty as there is no explanation. Very frustrating please fix it, and I'll happily give you 5 stars
