★★★★★ So, I decided to use this app to help with decision making around drinking. The app counselors are amazing, super kind and supportive. I will use it again when the occasion arises. I've had it for the months. The cost of using it for a month is only slightly more than my copay for a counseling appointment. With daily contact and support. It's an unbeatable value, very versatile, and very helpful in making someone feel cared for when they are under extreme stress! I'll do it again.

★★★★★ It's nice to have someone to talk to who is not judging and helps you make decisions, reasonable decisions on taking steps to a better you. The group feed also is a great benefit, knowing you are not alone! Sometimes you just need to vent and other times you need to listen. Great app!

★★☆☆☆ So I subscribed to the app for 20+ days, today was 23 days I'm pretty sure, anyways simply put after several indications they admitted that your primary mentor "Taylor" in my case can be her or any other backup mentor. They lied and mislead me because not only does the text messages come in listed as Taylor is speaking, when really it could be anyone. This is very obvious and caught several times when "Taylor" asked repeat questions that I answered less than 3 hours ago. Also conversions were great and effective and other times it was dead...seemed like "Taylor" was a completely different person (oh yeah cuz it was a different person. When I inquired about it I was lied too and mislead with "off game days" "distracted" & "phone glitches" instead of the truth. Some advice if "Taylor" is speaking with me then I expect it say Taylor. If "Ben" chimes in I expect it to say Ben. Honesty is huge in recovery. Despite Triggr's intentions you entirely ruined my faith in assisting me. BTW if you expect the participant to open up and be honest and personal, the mentor should be able and willing to share a pic or some other personal/contact info to really establish some trust and an honest relationship. 2 of 5 stars for a full refund was given as promised 👍 great idea and potential 👍 however very very poorly designed and carried out atm 👎

★★☆☆☆ Honestly, I don't hate the program. I think it can be very helpful for some people. I realized during my free trial that it wasn't for me. I think it's odd that you can't cancel through the app. I sent an email to the address on the app saying I wanted to cancel. Then a few days later, I was checking my bank account and saw that I was charged $41. So I sent a few more emails, but haven't heard back. I checked my sent mail history, and noticed that the emails to Una/Triggr weren't showing up. I'm not sure if anyone even got them. I think this app could be much better if they made it easier to edit/cancel the subscriptions.
